This a perplexing dilemma which is above my pay grade. How would such a move affect , for example , our dependence on China for pharmaceuticals ? I am sure there are other situations that would be impacted by removing China’s ” Most favored nation ” status . Are any of these adverse consequences ? Just askin’.
You are right, Fred. We are dependent on China for lots of stuff. Should never have allowed ourselves to get in this position. If our leaders were to make this move, they would have to navigate all these issues…
