The Christian Post has the details. 80 percent of these shut down whereas the other 20 percent left the Convention (or disaffiliated).
This works out to be a loss of 24 churches on average in each state during one calendar year. But it does not account for churches that opened or were started.
The Methodist church is having even a more fractious schism.
