Let’s recall that the Interactive Resource Center (IRC) has become a point of contention and concern in the city of Greensboro because of crime and disorder around the center. The Greensboro City Council is now demanding that the center’s leadership present a plan to reduce this problem. They are withholding city funds for this center until that happens.
Of course, this demand is patently absurd. The center serves a population riddled with substance abuse and mental illness. Crime and disorder are precisely what you are going to attract when you lure these folks to a given location.
At one time, supporting the IRC was an indicator of virtue in the city of Greensboro. In fact, its former executive director, Michelle Kennedy– a lesbian– was later elected to the city council. She left the council three years ago to take a cushy administrative job with the city.
Once again, the socialists take care of their own.
The people who lead the city of Greensboro lack Godly wisdom. They are fools and vipers. They are the reason this problem now exists.
