Some of us are old enough to remember the latter days of the Reagan administration when the media/left complex was agitating about Reagan’s diminishing faculties. They were trying to beat the drum that he should be removed from office because his mind was failing. That would have been around 1987-1988.
He spoke at the Republican National Convention during 1992 and gave a perfectly delivered speech. Below is ostensibly from the last public speech he gave. The joke he tells is a bit racy, but it has a point. And you will note there was not a single flaw in the execution. Compare that with what we have been seeing for years with Biden. And yet the socialists have been protecting Biden all along, even as they advocated for Reagan’s removal during the late 1980’s:
