  1. On what basis is can a judge take away the right of a reporter to report their findings? And steal their video?

    Any appeals court judges ever heard of the 1st Amendment? Oh, I forgot; the Supreme Ostriches just ruled the 1st Amendment was unconstitutional.

    1. I suppose they might have alleged, Healey, that the video was illegally obtained. But I think her pursuing this so aggressively is motivated by a desire to protect Planned Parenthood. But even then, I wonder if the seizure was lawful under the Constitution.
