“Managerial Class” = Deep State

It is reasonable to think that many of the extraordinary difficulties that have been placed in the path of Donald Trump over the last decade are because his vision opposes that of the progressive/socialist crowd embedded within the federal government– in the Department of Justice, the intelligence agencies, the State Department, and even the Defense Department. These might be referred to as the “managerial class” or the Deep State. But this type of “managerial class” crowd also exists within both parties, more severely among the Democrats:

The deep state, defined, is a clandestine network of members of the federal government (especially within the FBI and CIA), working in conjunction with high-level financial and industrial entities and leaders, to exercise power alongside or within the elected United States government….a “fourth estate” that has been around for more than a century .

    Identifying it is one story but rooting it out is another.
