Was Mark Robinson A Victim of Impersonation/ Fraud?

The allegations about Mark Robinson are simultaneously serious and disappointing.

But yesterday, I noticed that another prominent conservative figure with a national profile– Christopher Rufo– protested that he had been alleged to have a similar account set up at one of the same sites Robinson was accused of using. Rufo has taken principled, highly public positions challenging some of the left’s cherished worldview items; and has been an effective fighter against them.

  1. Anything is possible but unless the allegations are proven to be false, I’m affreaid the damage sticks.

    1. As I noted to Healey, Fred, it is difficult to prove a negative. If he were somehow able to have traced that these accounts were set up and constructed by someone else, that would help, but that may be difficult to make happen.

  2. “A fresh reminder, as if one were needed, that our enemies are disgusting creatures to whom lying is second nature. They care about nothing but destroying their enemies by fair means or foul.” Tell it!!!

    1. That is a true statement, Healey. They have Robinson in a tough position because it is difficult to prove a negative. He is being presumed guilty, and it will be difficult to erase the impression created in the collective mind of the public, even if these are false allegations made against him.
