The Greensboro City Council approved the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay for West Friendly Avenue last night:
Three council members voted in opposition including Zack Matheny, Hugh Holston and Goldie Wells. Matheny led the opposition according to the Preserve Friendly Avenue group.
TOO BAD !
