I agree, Fred. And I hope they can somehow get around the federal liability protection law, and that it does not apply for what they are trying to do.

This kind of ability by a state AG is an important reason to really get behind the Dan Bishop candidacy in NC!
I would speculate that Moderna is not being sued either because Wolfe’s FOIA may not have included them and/or Moderna is more tightly connected to the CIA than Pfizer.
