The significance of this depiction is that the would-be assassin in Butler, Pennsylvania would have caused this type of injury to Trump in the event he had hit his target as intended. This reveals the depth of the depravity present among portions of the American left with the intensity of their fervent advocacy for Marxism, and their profound hatred for those that oppose them:
