Ok……the climate change argument is all BS and there’s plenty of documentation to prove it……so quit using it as your crutch. I would agree there are some places that maybe we should not rebuild…….i mean look at what’s happened along the Mississippi for the last 100 years. The problem with the politicians is that when they have a reasonable thought they try to tie it to some ludicrous point that they think will advance their cause. Cooper, at least 50% of us will be glad to see you go.
Absolutely, David. I think the free market is perfectly capable of deciding whether a given property can be rebuilt and insured. Just don’t expect the taxpayers to pay for it if the ocean takes the property.
Cooper is being disingenuous. It is unclear whether he similarly wants to take property in western NC. It is also unclear whether he forced property owners to relinquish their properties on the coast, or if they were bought out voluntarily based on fair market prices.

Cooper is an empty suit, pushing the ” green lab grab” .He is parroting the climate warming activists.
