It appears Jeff Jackson is threatening Dan Bishop with litigation. He is demanding that Bishop stop his ads that demonstrate Jackson hugging an LGBT sex offender at an event.
In response, Bishop is demanding that Jackson stop the dirty “push polls” on his behalf. These entail calls to voters leading them to believe that Bishop stole money from the elderly as a lawyer.
Bishop is actually calling for “dueling depositions”, open to the public, to be conducted the very same day on the two issues.
Once again, Dan Bishop is the far better candidate for Attorney General.
