OK, fair enough, Fred. If we can’t eliminate individual courts or judges at the district level, then it would be good to remove Justice Roberts somehow since he is allowing all of this to happen.
I like Mark Levin’s commentaries but i thing he is wrong on the way to rids of these judges’ unorthodox and unconstitutional tactics.

These district courts are not in the Constitution, Fred– only the Supreme Court. They exist by will of Congress.
And at the risk of judicial chaos, Judicial review . Marbury v Madison is a bulwark against loopy ideas.
