Property Tax Increases Now Projected to Be 47% In Guilford County

It had been previously reported that, because of property tax revaluations, property owners in Guilford County would see average property tax increases in the range of 30 percent. Scott Yost now has an article in the Rhino Times that modifies that projection.

The increases are now expected to be an average of 47 percent.

These increases will take effect unless the socialist-controlled Guilford Board of County Commissioners take action to prevent it.

Increases of this magnitude will be devastating, especially for working class citizens and those on a fixed income.
