Via Carolina Journal, we learn that most Triad hospitals are compliant with pricing transparency law. This includes Baptist, Novant and the old High Point Regional (now a part of Atrium).
However, one stands out as being non-compliant. That is Cone Hospital here in Greensboro. Wesley Long is not listed.
Perhaps we should take comfort that Cone has adopted a “woke” posture, even though it apparently cannot see its way clear to be transparent on pricing.
I used to like Wesley Long. It always was good in every way. My granddaughter was born there. I don’t know what it is like today.
Not much choice in the Boro nowadays.
I guess the $10.00 aspirin is here to stay.
I agree with you, Fred, that Wesley Long has been an agreeable place to receive health care in the past. It is really a shame that Cone took it over. It should not have happened, and the anti-trust regulators were asleep at the switch.
Hey there, You’ve done an excellent job. I’ll certainly digg it and personally suggest to my friends.
I’m confident they’ll be benefited from this website.
