Last Third Party Approved For Ballot In North Carolina

Carolina Journal reports that a US District Court Judge has ruled the “Justice for All” party must be certified to appear on the ballot in North Carolina. A full trial is to follow, but the judge gave a clear indication how he will rule. The socialists could elect to appeal to the Fourth Circuit, but it is unclear that they would overrule this district court judge.

The Justice for All party is running Cornel West for president. West is a black socialist academic who is immersed in racial victimology and grievance.

This means that the following third parties will appear on the November ballot in our state:

  • Constitution Party
  • Libertarian Party
  • Green Party
  • Justice for All Party
  • We the People Party (running Robert F. Kennedy Jr.)

Overall, this multiplicity of parties tends to work in favor of Donald Trump in the state of North Carolina. One could make the argument that each of these will tend to pull more from Kamala Harris than Trump with the possible exception of the Constitution Party.

The Constitution Party is the only choice among this list of parties that is entirely consistent with a Christian worldview.
