Will Board Of Elections Changes For Western NC Invite Election Fraud?

A couple of days ago, the NC State Board of Elections arrived at a plan to assure (ostensibly) that citizens from the western part of the state impacted by Hurricane Helene will be able to vote. The resolution that contains the details is found here.

Note that the resolution includes certain accommodations for absentee ballots. These will be able to be accepted throughout the state. Andy Jackson at Carolina Journal says that the balance between access to vote and security was shifted.

The question is whether this opens a window for election fraud. Recall that the socialists used Covid-19 as a pretext for election changes four years ago that led to massive fraud and the election being stolen.

Catherine Engelbrecht, a noted election integrity expert and advocate, visited western NC and was interviewed this week on War Room. Toward the end of the video below, she hedges as to whether the above changes will preserve the integrity of the election:
